Community Insights Hub
Welcome to the Community Insights Hub—a dedicated space for license holders to share experiences, raise concerns, and build a more transparent, accountable industry together
In this industry, relationships are everything—but information is hard to come by, especially outside the cities. Word of mouth doesn’t travel far on dirt roads or through canyons. That’s why we created this digital space: a private community board built by and for license holders across New Mexico. A place where operators can share honest experiences, highlight the good, and flag the bad—so we can all move smarter and more strategically.
The info collected on this page isn’t public (yet). It’s not about drama. It’s about raising the standard for how we do business together.
Here’s what you’ll find:
A “Term Friendly List”: A growing reference of trusted operators who consistently honor their commitments and pay on time, think of it as a black list for bad actors.
Brand Watchlist: A space where retailers can share feedback on brands—highlighting both quality producers and those with questionable practices.
This is not a callout page. It’s a closed feedback loop designed to help all sides of the supply chain course-correct, collaborate, and raise the bar.
All shared insights are confidential and will not be published publicly.
If we’re going to build something sustainable, it starts with honesty—and this is where that begins.
Retailer Ratings
A private section where brands, manufacturers, and producers can rate and review retail partners based on their business practices—especially payment terms, communication, and support for sell-through.
Why it matters:
There’s no Yelp for wholesale relationships. And while state records tell you who’s licensed, they don’t tell you who’s reliable. This section lets you flag non-payers, ghosters, or retailers who habitually dodge invoices—so the rest of us don’t get burned.
Use this space to:
Warn others before they front inventory to a risky account
Give praise to retailers who move product and pay on time
Suggest solutions for better communication and workflow

Brand Watchlist
A feedback space for retailers to share experiences with producers, manufacturers, or brands—whether they’re killing it or cutting corners.
Why it matters:
Not all flower is created equal, and not all brands play fair. From mislabeled batches and moldy product to last-minute invoice disputes or missing compliance docs—retailers deserve to know what they’re signing up for.
Post here if:
You had to send product back due to failed COAs or customer complaints
You worked with a great brand that delivered consistent product and support
You dealt with vague labeling, price games, or inconsistent supply
