Raw Greens Grow & Dispensary License Revoked After Default Order

The New Mexico Cannabis Control Division (CCD) has revoked the license of Raw Greens Grow & Dispensary, operated by Annie Sais under License No. CCD-VICE2023-0057. The decision follows the company's failure to respond to a Notice of Contemplated Action (NCA) issued earlier this year. The default order was finalized on September 13, 2024, and enforces a $12,000 disciplinary fine, as well as an immediate cessation of cannabis operations.

The CCD had sent the NCA on May 8, 2024, via certified mail, outlining multiple violations of the Cannabis Regulation Act (CRA) and Uniform Licensing Act (ULA). Raw Greens Grow & Dispensary did not request a formal hearing or provide any explanation for the violations, resulting in the Division proceeding with the license revocation. The order requires the dispensary to pay the fine, surrender its license, and halt all cannabis activities except for selling or destroying remaining inventory.

The revocation takes effect 10 days from the receipt of the order. Failure to comply may lead to further penalties. This decision is final and not subject to judicial review, marking the end of Raw Greens Grow & Dispensary's operations in New Mexico.
