YouTube’s “LMC” Visits Albuquerque
In September, Luc Carlin, better known as LMC, a prominent YouTube creator specializing in cannabis documentaries, visited Albuquerque to get a firsthand look at New Mexico’s emerging cannabis market. LMC is known for his deep dives into the cannabis industry, educating and advocating through well-researched documentaries on his YouTube channel.
During his visit, LMC was hosted by CDM, who gave him an inside look at data specific to New Mexico’s cannabis market. Beyond the numbers, the trip included visits to key local cannabis businesses like Weedsnacks dispensary and Pharmers Quality, where he even joined the Pharm Table podcast. LMC also toured a micro grow called Purple Reign and made a stop at Sandia Botanicals. Along the way, he spoke with local business owners, discussing the current state of the industry, including challenges like market saturation and the lack of proper cannabis education.
The visit culminated with valuable insights into the unique landscape of New Mexico’s cannabis scene, highlighting both its growth potential and the obstacles that still need addressing.
As a fan, it was cool to meet someone I had not only spent so much time watching online, but absorbing some of the history and knowledge during the trip was the real prize.
