4. No Pest Management Plan: Lack of a required plan and significant pest issues at the facility.
5. Use of Unregistered Pesticides: Use of pesticides not approved by the New Mexico Department of Agriculture (NMDA).
6. Failure to Track Cannabis Plants: Failure to tag and track nearly 1,000 mature plants as required by the state’s Bio Track system.
