Loud Cloud Settles Compliance Violations with CCD

February 18, 2025 – Loud Cloud, LLC has reached a settlement with the New Mexico CCD following multiple compliance violations. The agreement, made before formal charges were issued, allows the company to avoid further legal action while addressing the identified infractions.

During an inspection in August 2023, CCD officers found three key violations: an insufficient surveillance system, improper inventory tracking, and unauthorized consumption on-site. As part of the settlement, Loud Cloud agreed to pay a $30,000 fine in 12 monthly installments of $2,500. Additionally, if the company commits similar violations within two years, it must suspend operations for 14 days.

This settlement is now part of the company’s public record, and failure to comply could lead to license suspension or revocation. If all conditions are met, the case will be closed without further action.
